Eleiko Powerflifting Bar 20 kg. The most famous bar in the world, the Eleiko bar, is produced from special Swedish steel hardened and toughened to resist very heavy loads. Deep knurling is provided to give an extremely good grip and that special "Eleiko Feeling". Each bar is individually tested in accordance with the Eleiko Quality Policy and then serial numbered. Each bar is placed in a vice and bent with a hydraulic jack subjecting a force of 1500 kg. No bar will ever be bent that much during competition or training. The bar must spring back to an exact straightness with a maximum deviation of no more than 0.5 mm. The same procedure is repeated on the sleeves but with a force of 2500 kg. Lifetime Warranty Every bar manufactured gets a unique serial number. From this number we can trace the steel batch back to the foundry, the production date and the date of the Eleiko quality test. This enables us to provide a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all competition bars and international training bars.
